KONFLIK DALAM NOVEL “RAJAL FII ASY-SYAMS”KARYA CILASSAN KANAFANI (TINJAUAN INTRINSIK)

SANTI MUSLINDA. Conflict in the Novel Rijaal Fii Asy-syams by Ghassan Kanafani (Intrinsic Review). (Under the guidance of Haeriyyah S.Ag, M.Pd.I and Ilham Ramadhan S.S, M.A) This study discusses "Conflict in the Novel Rijaal Fii Asy-syams by Ghassan Kanafani (Intrinsic Review)". This study aims to (a) describe the types of conflict in the novel, (b) analyze the causes of conflict, and (c) solution conflict in the novel. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method to analyze the data, and uses a literature study by collecting books or literature related to the topic of this research.
The results showed that: (a) the types of conflict in the Novel Rijaal Fii Asy-syams by Ghassan Kanafani consist of human conflict with humans, human conflict with society, human conflict with the natural environment, conflict of one idea with another idea and conflict of a person with his heart. These conflicts include suffering, poverty, conflict, deception, worries, doubts, which occur in every character in the novel. (b) the causes of conflict in the Novel Rijaal Fii Asy-syams by Ghassan Kanafani, namely individual differences, differences in cultural backgrounds, differences in interests between individuals and groups and rapid changes in values in society. (c) solution from the conflict in Rijaal Fii Asy-syams novel is to give up victory of one party against the other, hold negotiations between the warring parties and forgive each other between the parties involved.
