Abstract (Abstrak)

The research aims to investigate the of the counseling application on the pregnant women's exercise knowledge improvement in the pandemic Covid-19 era. This was the quasi experimental research (one group pre-test and post-test design). The research samples were 72 pregnant women whose gestation age was 24 - 42 weeks in the working area of Padongko public Health Centre (PHC). The research was conducted from january to February 2021. Data were collected throught the pre test and post test using the questionnaire about the pregnant women's exersice knowledge. The data were analysed using Wilcoxon test. The research result of the pre-test data indicates the mean score of 1.01 with the minimal score of 1 and maximal score of 2. The post test result indicates the minimal mean score of 2.46 with minimal score of 2 and maximal score of 3. The analysis result of wilcoxon test indicates that the asymp sigh (2tailed) has the score of 0,000 < 0,05, so H0 is rejected, so that there is the pregnant women's exercise knoeledge improvement during the pre-test and post-test are conducted using "Tanya Bidan" aplplication.
