Abstract (Abstrak)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) melalui kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Kota Parepare. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan total sampel sebanyak 51 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah uji regresi variabel mediasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB, kepuasan kerja karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB, dan iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB melalui kepuasan kerja karyawan. This study aims to test and analyze the effect of organizational climate on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) with employee job satisfaction as an intervening variable in employees of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Kota Parepare. The sample determination used a saturated sampling technique with a sample size of 51 respondents. The data analysis method used to test the hypotheses is medias variable regression test. The result of this study indicate that organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on OCB, employee job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on OCB, and organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on OCB through employee job satisfaction.
