This research aims: (1) To analyze the influence of digital infrastructure in improving the sustainability of operational performance. (2) To analyze the influence of digital infrastructure in improving internet providers. (3) To analyze the influence of customers in improving internet providers. (4) To analyze the influence of customers in improving the sustainability of operational performance. (5) To analyze the influence of internet providers in improving the sustainability of operational performance. (6) To analyze the direct influence of digital infrastructure through internet providers in improving the sustainability of operational performance. (7) To analyze the direct influence of customers through internet providers in improving the sustainability of operational performance in the CPI Makassar Exclusive Business Area. The population of this research is all entrepreneurs in the exclusive CPI Makassar area, namely 128 respondents. Sampling used the Slovin formula, so the total sample was 55 respondents. The analytical tool used is Path Analysis with the help of multiple regression analysis techniques.
The research results obtained (1) Digital infrastructure has a significant effect on internet providers. (2) Customers have a significant influence on internet providers. (3) Digital infrastructure has a significant effect on operational performance. (4) Customers have a significant influence on operational performance. (5) Internet providers have a significant influence on operational performance. (6) Digital infrastructure through internet providers has an insignificant influence on operational performance. (7) Customers via internet providers have a significant influence on operational performance in the CPI Makassar Exclusive Business Area.
