Abstract (Abstrak)

Pengendalian Kualitas Statistik atau Statistical Process Control (SPC) adalah suatu metode yang digunakan untuk memonitor dan mengendalikan kualitas suatu proses produksi. Dua peta kendali diusulkan sebagai alternatif peta kendali Shewhart, yaitu peta kendali Cumulative Sum (CUSUM) dan peta kendali Exponentially Weighted Moving Average (EWMA). Seiring perkembangan waktu, peta kendali semakin ditingkatkan dengan melakukan berbagai transformasi dan modifikasi pada peta kendali CUSUM yaitu Link Relative CUSUM (LR CUSUM) dan Link Relative Regressi CUSUM (LRR CUSUM) dan pada peta kendali EWMA yaitu Link Relative EWMA (LR EWMA) dan Link Relative Regressi EWMA (LRR EWMA). Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada peta kendali CUSUM, LR CUSUM, LRR CUSUM, EWMA, LR EWMA, dan LRR EWMA menunjukkan bahwa kinerja peta kendali LR CUSUM lebih baik dimana nilai ARL peta kendali LR CUSUM paling kecil diantara semua peta kendali, sehingga peta kendali LR CUSUM dapat digunakan untuk memonitoring mean process pada kualitas produksi ayam petelur Kandang Latih SMKPP N Sembawa.
