FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN STRES KERJA PADA KARYAWAN KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA (K3) PT. SEMEN TONASA PANGKEP TAHUN 2023

Background: In a company Occupational Safety and Health (K3) must be implemented, so that employees can work safely, comfortably, and in healthy conditions. While work stress is an internal and external response or process that reaches a level of physical and psychological tension up to or exceeds the employee's ability.. Purpose:To find out the Factors Associated with Work Stress in K3 Occupational Safety and Health Employees at PT. Semen Tonasa Pangkep in 2023. Methods: he type of research used is observational analytic using a cross sectional study approach. Cross sectional study aims to reveal the correlative relationship between variables, correlative relationship refers to the tendency that the variation of one variable is followed by the variation of other variables. Results: Results: From the results of the relationship between the two variables using the Chi-Square test statistic, it shows significance/significance, so there is a p-value of 0.001 <α 0.05. So it can be concluded that there is a relationship between workload and work stress at PT. Cement Tonasa Pangkep. Conclusion: There is a relationship between workload, work environment and work conflict with the incidence of work stress on K3 employees at PT. Semen Tonasa Pangkep in 2023.
