Abstract (Abstrak)
This research aims to investigate how the job crafting and organizational support influence the employees' innovative work behaviour in PT. Infomedia Nusantara through the work engagement. This was the explanatory research. The research populations comprised 95 employees. Samples were selected using the saturation sampling technique. The research data were analysed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The research result indicates that the has the positive and significant effect on the work engagement. The job crafting also has the positive and significant influence on the innovative behaviour. The organizational support has the positive and significant effect on the work engagement. The organizational support has the positive, but insignificant influence on the employees' innovative behaviour. The work engagement has the positive and significant effect on the employees' innovative behaviour. The job crafting has the positive but insignificant influence on the employees' innovative behaviour mediated by the work engagement. The organizational support has the positive and significant effect on the employees' innovative behaviour mediated by the work engagement in PT. Infomedia Nusantara.
