Abstract (Abstrak)

Anandah Nadila Putri C12114038. OVERVIEW OF NURSE'S JOB SATISFACTION AFTER CAREER LEVEL IMPLEMENTATION IN DR. WAHIDIN SUDIROHUSODO'S HOSPITAL LONTARA ROOM. Supervised by Hapsaah and NurmaulidMany Background: Job satisfaction is a positive feeling about one's job which is the result of an evaluation of its characteristics.factors can affect a person's job satisfaction, such as payment, employment, promotion, supervision, co-workers, environment, etc. Apart from this, the career path system factors can also affect job satisfaction.Purpose: To describe the job satisfaction of nurses after implementing the career path in the Lontara room of Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Hospital.Methods: This study uses a descriptive approach. The sample consisted of 192 respondents in the Lontara room, and were selected by means of proportional stratified random sampling technique. Job satisfaction measuring tool using the Nurse Job Satification Scale questionnaire which was adapted from previous research.Results: The job satisfaction felt by the nurses was very satisfied, 92.2%, 7.9% satisfied enough, and no nurses who felt dissatisfied. The components that are examined in job satisfaction are job satisfaction with leadership, feeling very satisfied being in PKII and PKIII, job satisfaction with organizations and resources, feeling very satisfied with PKO and PKI, job satisfaction with professional recognition, feeling very satisfied being in PK0 and PKIII , job satisfaction based on co-workers feeling very satisfied being in PKIII, job satisfaction with wages / salaries feeling dissatisfied with PKI and job satisfaction with service patterns feeling dissatisfied with PKII.Conclusions and suggestions: The high job satisfaction of nurses from various components so that the need for a better career gap is needed, if the career gap is better, job satisfaction will increase.
