ABSTRACT

The Effect of Remuneration, Work Motivation, Work Discipline on Employee Performance Through Job Satisfaction at the BKD Office
of South Sulawesi Province

This study aims to analyze the effect of remuneration, work motivation, work discipline on employee performance through job satisfaction at the South Sulawesi Province BKD Office. The design in this study is a quantitative approach. Sampling technique using the purpose sampling method, namely the technique of determining the sample with certain criteria or considerations in this case are employees who have a working period of more than three years which are determined as many as 98 employees. The analytical method used in this research is path analysis and Sobel test analysis. The results of the research conducted indicate that remuneration, work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, remuneration, work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, then from the test results Sobel test results obtained that job satisfaction can mediate the effect of remuneration, work motivation and work discipline on employee performance.
