ABSTRACT
Indah Imran. The Effect of Organizational Culture on the Work Environment and Work Stress of Employees at PT. Earth Nickel Bungku Morowali Regency. (Supervised by Ria Mardiana Yusuf and Dan Fauziah Umar).
At this time more and more companies are realizing the important role of culture for a company. This study aims to analyze the effect of mapping organizational culture on work stress either directly or indirectly when mediated by the work environment. This research is an explanatory research or explanatory research that uses a survey method, in this study the author uses a quantitative research type. The results of the study found that a good organizational culture mapping can increase the conduciveness of the work environment; Mapping a good organizational culture can reduce work stress experienced by employees but the impact is not significant; A good work environment can reduce work stress experienced by employees; The work environment cannot mediate the indirect effect of mapping work culture on reducing work stress.
