Abstract (Abstrak)

KASMIRANDI. Analisis Penerapan Corporate Social Responsibility dan Employee Branding Melalui Employee Engagement terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Kalla Toyota Cabang Soppeng(dibimbing oleh Idayanti Nursyamsi dan Ria Mardiana Y).
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel (1) corporate social responsibility terhadap employee engagement; (2) employee branding terhadap employee engagement; (3) employee engagement terhadap kinerja karyawan; (4) corporate social responsibility terhadap kinerja karyawan; (5) employee branding terhadap kinerja karyawan; (6) corporate social responsibility melalui employee engagement terhadap kinerja karyawan; (7) employee branding melalui employee engagement terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode
yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, kuesioner, dokumentasi dan wawancara dengan sampel sebanyak tiga puluh orang. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur dengan bantuan Program SPSS 25. Kami menemukan, 1) corporate social responsibility berpengaruh terhadap employee engagement; (2) employee branding berpengaruh terhadap employee engagement; (3) employee engagement berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan; (4) corporate social responsibility berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan; (5) employee branding berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan; (6) corporate social responsibility berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui employee engagement; (7) employee branding berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui employee engagement.
