Penggunaan Idhofah Dalam Kitab Qasidah Burdah Karya Imam Al-Bushiri = use of idhofah in kitab qasidah burdah by Imam Al-Bushiri

A.M. ASNAM SUARDI. Idhofah and its use in the Book of Qasidah Burdah by Imam Al-bushiri (Nahwu Analysis Study). (supervised by Dr. Zuhriah, SS., M.Hum and Ilham Ramadhan, S.S., M.A). Background : The book of Qaṣīdah al-Burdah by al-Būṣīrī is a famous Arabic literary work, especially in praising the Prophet Muhammad SAW. One of the important elements in this work is the use of uslūb idhāfah which functions to connect two nouns to create a more specific ,)الإضافة( meaning. Purpose. This study aims to analyze the function of the use of idhāfah in Qaṣīdah al-Burdah and identify its contribution to the structure of the Arabic language. The method : used is qualitative research with a library research approach, where data is taken from the text of Qaṣīdah al- Burdah which consists of 10 chapters and 189 verses. The results : of the study show that from 189 verses, 244 cases of the use of idhāfah were found, which are divided into two types: idhāfah lafdhīyah (44 uslub) and idhāfah maknawīyah (200 uslub). The function of idhāfah includes various syntactic roles, such as mubtada’, Khobar, fai’il, maf’ul bih, maf’ul fih, maf’ul ma’ah, maf’ul lah, badl, ismul khobar, kaana wa akhwatuha, isim wa khobar inna wa akhwatuha, isim majrur (muta’alliq), shifah, munada mudhof, naaibul fa’il, harf naafi, taukiid, maf’ul muthlak, ma’thuf, and haal.. In conclusion : this study shows that idhāfah is not just a combination of nouns, but also plays an important role in enriching the meaning and aesthetics of Arabic literary works. A deep understanding of the use of idhāfah is very important in examining classical literary texts to explore the meaning contained in complex language.
