Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji tingkat penerimaan sistem
Electronic Data Interchange oleh pegawai pada Kantor Pengawasan dan
Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai (KPPBC) Tipe Madya Pabean Soekrano-Hatta. Model
yang digunakan untuk menjelaskan penerimaan EDI adalah Technology
Acceptance Model (TAM) dengan empat konstruk utama, yaitu persepsi
kemudahan penggunaan, persepsi kegunaan, sikap pengguna teknologi, dan
penerimaan pengguna. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik
analisis SEM (Structural Equation Model). Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai
berikut: (1) persepsi kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap
persepsi kegunaan; (2) persepsi kegunaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap
sikap terhadap EDI; (3) persepsi kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh signifikan
terhadap sikap terhadap EDI; (4) persepsi kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh
signifikan terhadap penerimaan EDI; (5) sikap terhadap EDI tidak berpengaruh
signifikan terhadap penerimaan EDI.

The purpose of this study was to test the level of acceptance of Electronic Data
System by employee at Customs Excise office in Soekarno Hatta. The model that
used to explain acceptance of Electronic Data Interchange is Technology
Acceptance Model with four main construct, namely perceived usefulness,
perceived ease of use, attitude toward using and user acceptance.Testing is
done by using analytical techniques SEM (Structural Equation Model) The result
were as follows: (1) Perceived ease of use significantly influence on perceived
usefulness; (2) Perceived usefulness significantly influence on attitude toward
EDI; (3) Perceived ease of use significantly influence on attitude toward EDI; (4)
Perceived usefulness significantly influence on accceptace of EDI; (5) Attitude
toward EDI did not significantly influence on acceptance of EDI.
