Penelitian ini bertujuan memenuhi proses penaganan pasca panen yang dilakukan petani terhadap mutu kualitatif gabah dan beras, mempermulasi intervensi penanganan pascapanen yang harus dilakukan untuk meningkatkan mutu beras di kecamatan telluwanua kota palopo.
