Abstract (Abstrak)
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi iklim organisasi terhadap subjective well being perawat di RSIA X Makassar. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 89 orang perawat. Adapun skala yang digunakan, yaitu Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS) dan Scale of Positive and Negative Experience (SPANE) untuk mengukur subjective well being, serta alat ukur Litwin and Stringer Organizational Climate Quessioner (LSOCQ) untuk mengukur iklim organisasi. Uji analisis regresi linier sederhana, menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasi tidak berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap subjective well being.
