Abstract (Abstrak)
SRI ANDAYANINGSIH. Peran Employee Well Being dalam Memediasi Pengaruh Work Life Balance dan Job Satisfaction Terhadap Turnover Intention Pada Tenaga Kerja Sektor Formal Di Kota Makassar (Dibimbing oleh Muhammad Asdar, Abd. Rahman Kadir, Muh. Yunus Amar). Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk membuktikan (1) Pengaruh langsung Work life balance terhadap Employee well being; (2) Pengaruh langsung Job satisfaction terhadap Employee well being; (3) Pengaruh langsung Work life balance terhadap Turnover intention; (4) Pengaruh langsung Job satisfaction terhadap Turnover intention; (5) Pengaruh langsung Employee well being terhadap Turnover intention; (6) Pengaruh tidak langsung Work life balance terhadap Turnover intention melalui Employee well being; (7) Pengaruh tidak langsung Job satisfaction terhadap Turnover intention. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi seluruh tenaga kerja sektor formal pada PT. Rajawali Hiyoto, PT. Inocycle Technology Group, PT. Kreasi Perdana, PT. Sinar Gowa Sukses di Kota Makassar, dengan total sampel 194 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner, selanjutnya dianalisis dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan SEM-Amos. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Work life balance berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap employee well being; (2) Job satisfaction berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap employee well being; (3) Work life balance berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap turnover Intention; (4) Job satisfaction berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap turnover intention; (5) Employee well being berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap turnover intention; (6) Work life balance berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention melalui employee well being; (7) Job satisfaction berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention melalui employee well being.
