The results of this study found that: First, Guidance and supervision of the Gowa district health office has an important role in encouraging restaurant and restaurant businesses to fulfill administrative responsibilities for the violations they commit; and Second the Gowa district health office has carried out its role in fostering and supervising the implementation of restaurant and restaurant hygiene and sanitation requirements in accordance with the provisions of the applicable law.
