The success of an organization is influenced by the performance of the human resources within it. According to Indartono (2010). performance is a very important criterion that influences the results and success of the organization. The better the performance of human resources, the better the quality of an organization. An organization will be successful if it has human resources that perform well. Especially in organizations operating in the service sector, employees will have direct contact with consumers and this is very important because it is related to the image and quality of the organization.
