Abstract (Abstrak)
This study aims to analyze the business development strategy at Kopi Api Coffee Roaster using the canvas business model approach. This study was conducted at the Kopi Api Coffee Roaster business by taking information from the company manager. Data collection was carried out using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Data were analyzed using a descriptive qualitative approach with the aim of providing an overview of the business development strategy using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the strategy with the canvas business model approach at Kopi Api Coffee Roaster shows the steps of the strategy and its implementation in the 9 elements of the BMC. The implementation of the company's strategy is a step that can be taken by the company to improve performance, expand market reach, and achieve long-term goals. In the business development that can be carried out by Kopi Api Coffee Roaster, there are two options, namely adding strategy points or improving the strategy that has been carried out by the company, meaning that the company must conduct periodic evaluations according to the internal and external environmental conditions of the company to formulate the business strategy to be implemented.
