Abstract (Abstrak)
This study aims to analyze the Influence of service quality and perceived price on customer satisfaction in the All Day Art Activities (ADAA) and Regular Classes at Ganara Art Nipah Park Makassar. The research employs a quantitative method. Data were collected from 141 respondents and analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. The findings indicate that both service quality and perceived price have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction individually.
