Aody Syarifinoldy “The perception of Student of Islamic Boarding School towards the Use of Kitab Galappo in Learning of Sharaf (Study Case in Hj. Haniah Islamic Boarding School Maros)” under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Najmuddin H. Abd. Safa, M.A. and Dr. Andi Agussalim, S.S, M.Hum.
The theme of this thesis is the perception of Student of Islamic Boarding School towards the Use of Kitab Galappo in Learning of Sharaf (Study Case in Hj. Haniah Islamic Boarding School Maros). This thesis is aimed to understanding how is the perception of the student of Islamic boarding school towards the use of Kitab Sharaf Galappo which has been implemented in Hj. Haniah Islamic Boarding School.
Research method undergone within this thesis is qualitative type with field research method that aims to describe and elaborate the states and the real phenomena from the field by using direct observation, collecting data through questionnaires, and conducting interviews.
The results of the research is that 45.6 percent of students strongly agree that Kitab Sharaf Galappo is useful, 33 percent of students agree and 15 percent of students somewhat agree. While, 3.4 percent of student somewhat disagree and 1.8 percent strongly disagree.
