RESILIENSI SURAT KABAR TRIBUN BONE DI ERA DIGITAL

Tahun 2024 resiliensi surat kabar Tribun Bone di era digital. Jenis penelitian bersifat kualitatif melalui pendekatan fenomenologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan surat kabar Tribun Bone dalam bertahan tidak lepas dari peran perusahaan sebagai penerbit, yakni mampu meyakinkan masyarakat baik di tingkat Pemerintah Kabupaten Bone, kecamatan maupun pelosok desa bahwa surat kabar Tribun Bone merupakan surat kabar lokal yang sangat dibutuhkan masyarakat. Berita yang disajikan tidak didominasi satu jenis pemberitaan, tapi juga meliputi pemberitaan lain seperti: pendidikan, sosial, budaya, kolom opini, periklanan dan lain lain. Selain itu, perusahaan mampu membangun kedekatan dengan seluruh stakeholder, tokoh pemerintah, tokoh pendidikan, tokoh politik dan masyarakat sampai ke pelosok pedesaan terpencil dengan membangun pola pemberitaan yang menyejukkan dan berimbang sehingga surat kabar ini mendapat tempat di hati seluruh masyarakat Kabupaten Bone dan masyarakat di luar Kabupaten Bone. Perusahaan mampu beradaptasi dengan lingkungan masyarakat dan memahami pola dan karakter masyarakat. Kemampuan tersebut diwujudkan dalam bentuk pemberian penghargaan kepada berbagai pihak sehingga berdampak pula pada kemajuan surat kabar Tribun Bone. Pola kepemimpinan pengelolah surat kabar Tribun Bone juga menjadi pendorong keberhasilan surat kabar tersebut untuk eksis. Terdapat dukungan di tingkat pemerintahan sehingga kelangsungan Tribun Bone mampu tetap bertahan sampai saat ini. Harga surat kabar yang terjangkau dan pemberitaan yang sangat dibutuhkan masyarakat sebagai sumber informasi yang faktual sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber dalam pengambilan keputusan oleh pihak swasta, pemerintah, dunia usaha dan dunia pendidikan. Dalam membangun strategi surat kabar Tribun Bone maka ada empat pondasi yang diperkuat, yakni kemampuan membangun pendekatan secara normatif berupa dimana perusahaan membangun kedekatan emosional kepada elit politik, baik legislatif, eksekutif maupun yudikatif baik tokoh tersebut masih aktif sebagai pejabat pemerintahan maupun telah selesai dari jabatannya. Perusahaan membangun hubungan pendekatan positif kepada tokoh masyarakat secara makro dan sejumlah stakeholder yang tersebar mulai dari tingkat pemerintahan sampai ke pelosok pedesaan. Selain itu, kualitas produk dalam hal ini pemberitaan yang menyejukkan dan berimbang, kemudian juga kemampuan manajemen yang andal, terintegratif, dan profesional sehingga seluruh sumber daya dapat digerakkan melalui satu komando. Dalam membangun kekuatan resiliansi surat kabar Tribun Bone pendekatan strategi yang efektif dan efisien merupakan kekuatan nyata, yakni Tribun Bone memadukan antara pendekatan normatif dan pendekatan positif yang terukur. Selain itu, kualitas dan kuantitas yang terus diasa, baik dari aspek produk maupun dari aspek pemberitaan.

ABSTRACT

The research aims to disclose the resilience of Tribun Bone Newspaper , Bone in the digital era. This was the qualitative research using the phenomenological approach. The research result indicates that the ability of Tribun Bone newspaper to survive cannot be separated from the company‘s role as a publisher to convince the public either in the levels of Bone Regency Government, district governments, or remote village governments Tribun Bone newspaper is the local newspaper being really needed by the commonity, in which the news presented is not only dominated by one type of news, but also includes other news such as the educational, social, cultural aspects, opinion columns, advertisements and others. Moreover, the company is able to build the closeness with all stakeholders, government figures, educational figures, political figures and the community in remote rural areas by building a refreshing and balanced reporting pattern, so that this newspaper has a place in the hearts of all people of Bone Regency and people outside Bone Regency. The company is able to adapt to the community environment and understand the community pattern and people‘s characters. This ability is manifested in the form of giving awards to various parties so that it also has the impact on the progress of Tribun Bone newspaper. Furthermore, the leadership pattern of the management of this newspaper is also a driver of its success to exist. There is the support in the government level to the newspaper continuity and survival up to this moment. Then the price is affordable and the news is really needed by the public as the source of factual information in order that it can be used in the decision making by some parties including the private sector, government, business and education. In building Tribun Bone newspaper, there are four foundational things that are strengthened, namely the ability to build the normative approach, in which the company the emotional closeness with the political elites, either the legislative, executive or judicative, whether these figures are still active as the government officials or have terminated their
positions. Then the company builds the positive approaching relationships with the community leaders in the macro level and a number stakeholders spreading from the government level to the remote rural areas. In addition to the product quality, in this case the reporting is refreshing and balanced, the management capabilities are reliable, integrated and professional, so that all resources can be mobilised through one command. In building the resilience strength of Tribun Bone newspaper, an effective and efficient strategic approach is a real strength, in which Tribun Bone newspaper combines a normative approach and measurable approach, in addition to the quality and quantity that continues to be desired both in terms of product and in terms of reporting.
