Abstract (Abstrak)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh Gaya Kepemimipinan dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel Intervening (Studi Kasus Kantor DPRD Kota Makassar). Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan explanatory research. Populasi dari penelitian ini sebanyak 220 orang pegawai negeri sipil dan honorer. Penarikan sampel menggunakan Slovin berjumlah 142 orang. Data dianalisis dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signfikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja. Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja di Kantor DPRD Kota Makassar.

This research aims to investigate the influence of Leadership Style and Organizational Culture on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. (Studi Kasus Kantor DPRD Kota Makassar). The type of research used is explanatory research. The population of this study consists of 220 civil servants and honorary employees. The sample was drawn using Slovin's formula, totaling 142 people. Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square approach. (PLS). The research results indicate that leadership style does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on employee performance through job satisfaction. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction at the Makassar City DPRD Office.
