Abstract (Abstrak)
Background and Objective : World Health Organization (WHO) announced coronavirus disease (Covid-19) caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus, formerly called 2019-nCoV, and declared a pandemic on March 12, 2020. Covid-19 is currently the world's top concern. The rapid spread of the disease accompanied by the addition of cases that still continue to surge, including in Indonesia, as well as the variety of clinical manifestations of Covid19 has the potential to collapse the health system. Since the beginning of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, special attention has been paid to pregnant women and monitoring of accompanying diseases, such as gestational diabetes and hypertension, which can increase the risk of disease and death. COVID-19 is worse in pregnant women who are more often admitted to intensive care units or who require mechanical ventilation than nonpregnant women with COVID-19.
