Abstract (Abstrak)

ABSTRAK Elviera Putri Damayanti Munir, C0211911049, Kontribusi Career Adaptability, Skripsi, Fakultas Kedokteran, Program Studi Psikologi, Universitas Hasanuddin, 2024. ix + 50 halaman + 11 lampiran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji kontribusi career adaptability terhadap work engagement karyawan pelabuhan indonesia regional IV kota Makassar serta jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 82 orang responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana dengan nilai R sebesar 0,867, R2 sebesar 75,1% (p-value > 0,05). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan career adaptability berkontribusi terhadap work engagement. Career adaptability berkontribusi terhadap work engagement. Sementara itu, peneliti juga melakukan uji bivariate correlation antara variabel demografi dan work engagement. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi negatif signifikan antara usia dengan work engagement. Kata Kunci: Career Adaptability, Work Engagement, Karyawan, Perusahaan.
