Abstract (Abstrak)
ANDI ERI ANDIKA ADIL. Integrasi Sistem Pemantauan Isyarat Electrocardiogram (ECG) Nirkabel ( dibimbing oleh Elyas Palentei dan Dewiani ) The development of health monitoring systems based on the Internet of Things (IoT) has made real-time monitoring of conditions easier. This research designs and implements a monitoring system for heart rate, body temperature, and BPM (beats per minute) using an AD8232 ECG sensor and a DS18B20 temperature sensor integrated with an ESP32 microcontroller. Heart rate data is displayed as a graph on an LCD TFT screen and uploaded to the Node-RED platform via an MQTT server for remote visualization through a public IP website provided by Ngrok software. This system uses Wi-Fi communication to transmit data wirelessly, enabling remote monitoring of a patient’s or user’s heart and body temperature. The accuracy test results for the ECG system show that the generated data is accurate, with comparable BPM heart rate values between the hospital ECG and the WECG. This data can be displayed on both the LCD and the website, indicating that this system has the potential for use in personal health monitoring or in hospital applications.
