KEHAMILAN (dibimbing oleh Nurhaedar Jafar, Veni Hadju . Hasnawati Amqam)

Latar Belakang Kebutuhan gizi ibu selama hamil meningkat karena adanya perubahan fisiologis, metabolik dan anatomis, bila asupannya tidak mencukupi maka akan terjadi kekurangan zat gizi baik makro maupun mikro. Kekurangan multimikronutrien akan mempengaruhi pertumbuhan dan statusanemia ibu hamil sehingga mempengaruhi status gizi ibu hamil dan luaran kehamilan. Selain Multi Mikronutrien Suplement (MMS) sebagai program Kabupaten Majene yang sudah berlangsung 3 tahun di Kabupaten Majene ibu hamil yang tinggal didaerah yang pernah mengalami kasus GAKI yang sangat tinggi membutuhkan tambahan iodium dari sumber makanan lain sehingga kebutuhaniodiumnya terpenuhi selama kehamilan.Tujuan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat efek pemberian garam beriodium dan MMS terhadap status gizi ibu hamil dan luaran kehamilan. Metode Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik dengan menggunakan desain Quasi eksperimen. Penentuan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling.Total populasi 386 dan diperoleh 200 ibu hamil yang dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perubahan yang signifikan pada kadar Hb 1,58 ± 0,77. perubahan yang signifikan pada Berat badan 6,77 ± 1,42. perubahan juga terjadi pada peningkatan berat badan 6,77 ± 1,42 , Lila 1,77 ± 0,98. Pada UIE juga terdapat perubahan 153,75 ±
64. Adapun pada output kehamilan terdapat perbedaan berat badan bayi dimana nilai (p<0,05) sedangkan pada Lingkar Kepala tidak ada perbedaan antara 2 kelompok karena nilai (p>0,05). Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat perbedaan pemberian garam beriodiumdan MMS terhadap status gizi ibu dan luaran kehamilan khususnya pada berat badab bayi dimana nilai (p 0,05) Namun pada lingkar kepala tidak ada perbedaan antara kelompom yang di beri garam beriodium dengan kelomp yang tidak diberi garam beriodium karena nilai (p.0,05)

Background Maternal nutritional needs during pregnancy increase due to physiological, metabolic and anatomical changes. If the intake is insufficient, there will be deficiencies in both macro and micro nutrients. Multimicronutrient deficiencies will affect the growth and anemia status of pregnant women, thereby affecting the nutritional status of pregnant women and pregnancy outcomes. Apart from Multi Micronutrient Supplement (MMS) as a Majene Regency program which has been running for 3 years, pregnant women who live in areas that have experienced very high cases of IDD need additional iodine from other food sources so that their iodine needs are met during pregnancy. Aim: This research aims to looking at the effects of giving iodized salt and MMS on the nutritional status of pregnant women and pregnancy outcomes. Method: This research is an analytical research using an experimental design that controls several non- experimental variables and there is a control group as a comparison group to understand the effect of treatment. Determining the sample in this study used a random experimental methodwhere 200 pregnant women were used as the research sample. Results: The results showed that there was a significant change in Hb levels of 1.58 ± 0.77. significant changes in body weight levels 6.77 ± 1.42. changes also occurred in increasing body weight 6.77 ± 1.42, Lila 1.77 ± 0.98. In UIE there was also a change of 153.75 ± 64. Meanwhile in pregnancy outputthere was a difference in baby weight where the value was (p<0.05) while in Head Circumference there was no difference between the 2 groups because the value was (p>0.05). Conclusions: this study is that there is a difference in the administration of iodized salt and MMS on maternal nutritional status and pregnancy outcomes, especially on baby weight where the value is (p 0.05).However, in head circumference there is no difference between the group that was given iodized salt and the group that was not. given iodized salt because the value (p.0.05)
