IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PEMERINTAH DAERAH DALAM PELAKSANAAN LORONG GARDEN DI KOTA MAKASSAR = IMPLEMENTATION OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT POLICIES IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF LORONG GARDEN IN MAKASSAR CITY

Muhammad Qadri Supriatna, Government Science Study Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Hasanuddin University, Compiled a Thesis with the title: Implementation of Regional Government Policy in the Implementation of Lorong Garden in Makassar City (Supervised by Dr. Indar Arifin, M.Si and Dr. Suhadirman Syamsu, S. Sos., M.Si). This research discusses and analyzes how Lorong Garden is implemented in Makassar City and the factors that influence its implementation. This research was carried out with the aim of finding out the role of the Makassar City government and related agencies in implementing garden alleys in Makassar City, especially Rappocini District, and to find out the factors that influence its implementation, both supporting and inhibiting factors. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive research, namely describing data in accordance with the facts and problems being studied. This research then provides a clear picture of the role of the Makassar city government together with related agencies in implementing garden alleys and the factors that influence its implementation. Data collection for this research used interview techniques, literature study and documentation study. The results of this research show that the beauty and cleanliness indicators in this program have not yet been achieved, because there are still hallways that are beautiful but not clean and vice versa or even neither. The factors that influence the implementation of this garden alley consist of supporting factors, namely cooperation between the government, CRS and the community and inhibiting factors, namely communication. Human resources and lack of empowerment.
