PENENTUAN PRIORITAS PENANGANAN JALAN DI KECAMATAN MANDONGA KOTA KENDARI

This research aimed ( 1) To determine criterions which can be considered in effort for handling of road(street network in Mandonga District Kendari City, ( 2) To determine priority sequence in effort for handling of road(street tissue system as effect of limitted financing ability owned by Local Government of Town Kendari. Survey method done is division of questionaire to direct responder and wawancara/pengamatan in location of research. Election of responder based on capability,competency and interrelationship in planning and development of transportation infrastructure in research region. Data is analysed by using Metode Proses Hirarki Analitik. Result of research indicates that criterions which can be considered and as according to condition of in region is : generalization of aksebility, region expansion, economic sector expansion, cost aspect, environmental impact and road(street damage. Terminal Joint Streets Abeli Dalam is joint streets proposed to get main priority in handling of road(street in Mandonga District. The next joint streets getting priority is joint streets Konggoasa, Mental hospital joint streets, joint streets Imam Bonjol, joint streets Tomawa, joint streets Oikumene, joint streets Pekuburan, joint streets Sawerigading.
