Abstract (Abstrak)
Oyster mushrooms can grow on media containing lignocellulose which undergoes weathering so that it becomes a simpler compound and can be used as a nutrient. However, farmers usually provide additional nutritional ingredients to increase the growth and production of oyster mushrooms. This research aims to analyze the percentage of added corn flour and soy flour in bran and its effect on oyster mushroom growth indicators including mycelium growth, fruit body formation, speeding up harvesting, increasing the weight and number of oyster mushroom fruit bodies. The research method was carried out by adding corn flour and soy flour in various compositions and analyzing their effect on various indicators of oyster mushroom growth. The research design used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) using a combination of 9 treatments with 5 repetitions. The results showed that the addition of corn flour and soy flour had an effect on increasing the growth indicators of oyster mushrooms. The treatment with the addition of corn flour with a composition of 128 g corn flour + 43 g bran gave the best results in increasing the growth indicators of oyster mushrooms. Thus it can be concluded that to increase oyster mushroom production, it can be recommended to use corn flour and bran with the above composition.
