This Research is intended to: (1) find out, understand and analyse the perceptions and the attitude of poor families about the policy of poverty reduction assistance programs, (2) identify, elaborate and analyse the meaning of poverty from the perspective of poor families, (3)identify and analyse the meaning and the expectations of the implementation of poverty reduction policy in the future
