Abstract (Abstrak)
The aims of the study were ; (1) to identify the different species of zooxanthellae associated with clams, corals and anemoes, which identified by the performance of mitochondria DNA, (2) to determine the quality of zooxanthellae associated with clams, corals and anemones.
