PENGARUH PROFESIONALISME, HEALTHY LIFESTYLE, DAN LOCUS OF CONTROL TERHADAP KINERJA AUDITOR (STUDI PADA KANTOR INSPEKTORAT DAERAH PROVINSI SULAWESI SELATAN) = The Effects of Professionalism, Healthy Lifestyle, and Locus of Control on Performance Auditor ( The Case Study of South Sulawesi Province Regional Inspectorate Office Auditor)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah profesionalisme, healthy lifestyle, dan locus of control berpengaruh terhadap kinerja auditor Kantor Inspektorat Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi korelasional dengan instrumen kuesioner sebagai alat untuk mengukur variabel profesionalisme, healthy lifestyle dan locus of control. Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah regresi linier berganda, dan analisis ini didasarkan pada data sampel sebanyak 45 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa profesionalisme berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja auditor, namun healthy lifestyle dan locus of control tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja auditor. Profesionalisme, healthy lifestyle, dan locus of control berpengaruh postitif secara simultan terhadap kinerja auditor Kantor Inspektorat Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan.
