Sectors and analyzes it to guarantee its overall quality, timeliness, and relevance is known as a health information system (SIK) Aim. This research aims to produce a feasible and effective Environmental Health Program Monitoring Information System (TEMU-KL) to improve community environmental-based disease prevention efforts at the Baebunta Community Health Center, North Luwu Regency. Method: R&d (Research and Development) research and quasi experimental are the research methodologies used. Health professionalas and environmental helath cadres working in the Baebunta Community Health Center served as the study’s population and sample. Univariate and bivariate data analysis are employed. Results: The significant value of the Wilcoxon test at p value 0.000 indicates that the operation of the Environmental Health Program Monitoring Information System (TEMU-KL) is effective in monitoring program quality and the quality og environmental heath program management. Based on the Information System (TEMU-KL) is appropriate as a monitoring effort on the quality of the Environmental Health program at the Baebunta Community Health Center. Conclusion: Program quality and program management quality are effectively monitored by the Environmental Health Program Monitoring Information System (TEMU-KL)
