Konsep Desain Lanskap Terapi (Healing Garden) di Wilayah RSKD Dadi Makassar Berdasarkan Preferensi Pengguna = Therapeutic Landscape Design Concept (Healing Garden) in the RSKD Dadi Makassar Area Based on User Preference

This study aims to determine the concept of a therapeutic garden landscape design that can be applied in the Dadi Makassar Regional Special Hospital (RSKD) according to the preferences of users of the Dadi Makassar RSKD. This research was conducted from January 2022 to March 2022 in the RSKD Dadi area, Makassar, South Sulawesi. The research starts from initial preparation, inventory, analysis and synthesis, user preference analysis then into garden design concept. The results of the study indicate that in the activity aspect, as many as 46% of users prefer passive activities such as relaxing and as many as 31% choose active activities for patients such as planting therapy, then a garden is made by providing a lot of privacy space such as separate seats on various sides of the garden and cultivating land. In the vegetation aspect, as many as 23% of users prefer shade plants and as many as 40% choose ornamental plants to be applied in the garden. In color aspect, 72% of users prefer cool colors as the dominant color in the garden and 19% prefer warm colors. The combination of shade plants at several points in the garden, complemented by ornamental plants that combine dominant cool colors with the decent combination of warm colors. In the aspect of other element, 34% of users prefer the fountain pool feature and 38% choose a fish pond to be the garden feature.
