ABSTRACT

Ida Made Mahardika. Analysis of Changes in Strategy PT. Bank KB Bukopin, Tbk as a Impact of the Entry of KB Kookmin Bank (KBFG) as Controlling Shareholder. (Supervised by Prof. Dr. H. Abd. Rahman Kadir, SE,. M.Si., CIPM and Prof. Dr. Abdul Razak Munir, SE,. M.Si., M.Mktg., C.MP)
The aim of the research is to find out, understand and analyze the Strengths and Weaknesses of PT. Bank KB Bukopin, Tbk with SWOT measuring tools and to determine and analyze the performance of PT. Bank KB Bukopin, Tbk which is measured using the Four Perspectives of the Balanced Scorecard.

This type of research is Descriptive Analysis Research, namely by collecting facts obtained during the research and processing them further based on existing theories, with 188 internal respondents from various Main Branches of PT. Bank KB Bukopin, Tbk.

The results of SWOT and Balanced Score Card (BSC) research show that the influence of the presence of KB Kookmin Bank (KBFG) on PT. Bank KB Bukopin, Tbk, has had a very positive impact on PT. Bank KB Bukopin, Tbk and really provides additional strength, especially financial strength (capital) for PT. Bank KB Bukopin, Tbk so that PT. Bank KB Bukopin, Tbk will be able to overcome its weaknesses and be able to seize the various opportunities it has and will be able to face the various threats it will face. On the other hand, the growth of third party funds (DPK) PT. Bank KB Bukopin, Tbk since being owned by KB Kookmin Bank (KBFG) has experienced a decline, meaning that many customers of PT. Bank KB Bukopin, Tbk left it. Apart from that, in terms of internal business processes based on the results of questionnaires to employees, it can be concluded that the transformation process carried out by PT. Bank KB Bukopin, Tbk still has problems in terms of communication, so that not all of them have been able to accept the transformation process well and this transformation has greatly affected the way of work and life of employees PT. Bank KB Bukopin, Tbk. Apart from that, looking at the growth and learning obtained, mainly looking at profit/loss PT. Bank KB Bukopin, Tbk is still negative, it can be concluded that the productivity of all components of PT. Bank KB Bukopin, Tbk is very low. Overall, it can be concluded that the KB Kookmin Bank (KBFG) Strategy at PT. Bank KB Bukopin, Tbk has not produced results as expected, but the presence of KB Kookmin Bank (KBFG) at PT. Bank KB Bukopin, Tbk created PT. Bank KB Bukopin, Tbk received Fitch Ratings and Pefindo Ratings idAAA (Outlook Stable) and OJK Risk Profile Risk Profile Level 2 and OJK Bank Rating RBBR level 2 in the Healthy Bank category.
