Abstract (Abstrak)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara perceived organizational support, work engagement dan organization-based self-esteem karyawan milenial pada industri perbankan di Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 111 orang responden yang merupakan karyawan milenial yang bekerja pada industri perbankan di Kota Makassar. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi mediasi menggunakan SPSS V25 Process Hayes. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan perceived organizational support dan organization- based self-esteem secara masing-masing signifikan dan berkontribusi sebesar 8.4% dan 19.4% terhadap work engagement dan secara bersama-sama berkontribusi sebesar 23.99% terhadap work engagement. Sementara itu, perceived organizational support tidak signifikan terhadap organization-based self- esteem sehingga tidak ada peran mediasi dari organization-based self-esteem dalam hubungan perceived organizational support terhadap work engagement.
