Efektivitas Program Aplikasi Digital Korlantas POLRI di SATPAS Polrestabes Kota Makassar = Effectiveness of the Digital Application Program for the Indonesian National Police Traffic Corps at the Makassar City Police Traffic Unit

Along with technological developments, the government certainly does not stop making programs to improve services that will be provided to the public. One of the programs issued by the government is the Digital Korlantas POLRI application. There are several features of this application, one of them is the SIM extension feature.
This study aims to describe and see the effectiveness of the SIM extension program through the POLRI Korlantas Digital application. This study uses the theory of program effectiveness from Budiani with indicators of Program Target Accuracy, Program Outreach, Program Objectives, and Program Monitoring. The method in this study uses a descriptive qualitative method with the acquisition of data from observations and interviews.
The results showed that the SIM extension program through the POLRI Digital Korlantas application was quite good, but for indicators of program socialization it was not effective because there were still many people who did not know about the existence of a SIM extension program using the application, as well as the long delivery process for almost one month when it should have only three to seven working days.
