GAMBARAN DISFUNGSI EREKSI DAN LUTS PADA PENDERITA PEMBESARAN PROSTAT JINAK

: Erectile dysfunction (ED) is an inability to achieve an erection that
is sufficient to have intercourse with a partner, causing dissatisfaction between
the two. The etiology of ED is classified into psychogenic, organic, drug abuse
and also by post surgical procedures. Benign prostatic hyperplasia (benign
prostate enlargement) is a disease caused by aging. Clinical signs of benign
prostate enlargement usually appear in more than 50% of men aged 50 years and
over. This type of research is a descriptive-observational survey with a cross�sectional design. Sampling was done by consecutive sampling technique for all
patients in RSPTN UNHAS. The research variable was a benign prostate
enlargement patient in Urology Poly RSPTN UNHAS. The research instrument
used a modified IIEF-5 questionnaire. The results of the study were based on the
length of suffering from benign prostate enlargement, ED in benign prostate
enlargement at most including moderate classification (48.6%)
