ABSTRAK
Hasniar. Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja ,Kerjasama Tim, dan Leader Member Exchange,Terhadap Kinerja Personil Dimediasi Oleh Disiplin Kerja (Promotor Siti Haerani, Cepi Pahlevi dan Haeriah Hakim)
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, kerjasama tim dan leader member exchange (LMX) terhadap kinerja yang dimediasi oleh disiplin kerja (studi di Direktorat Reserse Narkoba Polda Sulsel). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh personel polisi di lingkungan Direktorat Reserse Narkoba Polda Sulsel yang berjumlah 639 personel. Dari hasil perhitungan tersebut, jumlah sampel yang ditentukan dalam penelitian ini adalah 246 responden. Jumlah responden yang menjawab dan mengembalikan kuesioner secara lengkap berjumlah 200 personil. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah SmartPartial least square (SmartPLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kerja. Lingkungan kerja dan kinerja pegawai dalam penelitian berbanding lurus dimana dapat dikatakan bahwa semakin baik lingkungan kerja yang dilakukan oleh pegawai maka kinerja pegawai akan semakin baik secara signifikan. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja. Kerjasama Tim berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Kerjasama Tim berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja. Artinya kerjasama tim dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerja pegawai tetapi tidak secara signifikan Leader Member Exchange berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Artinya semakin baik pelaksanaan Leader Member Exchange dan bawahan maka akan berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja pegawai. Leader Member Exchange berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai yang dimediasi oleh disiplin kerja. Semakin baik lingkungan kerja maka semakin baik pula kinerja pegawai melalui peran mediasi disiplin kerja. Disiplin kerja tidak berperan sebagai mediasi antara pengaruh kerjasama tim terhadap kinerja pegawai. Leader Member Exchange berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai yang dimediasi oleh disiplin kerja.

Hasniar. The Influence of the Work Environment, Teamwork, and Leader Member Exchange, on Personnel Performance Mediated by Work Discipline (Promoters Siti Haerani, Cepi Pahlevi and Haeriah Hakim)
The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of the work environment, teamwork and leader member exchange (LMX) on performance mediated by work discipline (study at the Directorate of Drug Investigation at the South Sulawesi Regional Police). The population in this study were all police personnel within the South Sulawesi Regional Police's Drug Research Directorate, totaling 639 personnel. From the results of these calculations, the number of samples determined in this study were 246 respondents. The number of respondents who answered and returned the complete questionnaire was 200 personnel. The data analysis technique used is SmartPartial least square (SmartPLS). The results of the study show that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on work. The work environment and employee performance in the study are directly proportional where it can be said that the better the work environment carried out by employees, the better the employee performance will be significantly. The work environment has a significant positive effect on work discipline. Teamwork has a positive and significant effect on performance. Teamwork has a positive but not significant effect on work discipline. This means that teamwork can contribute to improving employee work discipline but not significantly Leader Member Exchange has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the implementation of Leader Member Exchange and subordinates will have an impact on improving employee performance. Leader Member Exchange has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance which is mediated by work discipline. The better the work environment, the better the performance of employees through the mediation role of work discipline. Work discipline does not act as a mediation between the influence of teamwork on employee performance. Leader Member Exchange has a positive and significant effect on employee performance which is mediated by work discipline.
