This study aims to determine the influence of Work Culture and Leadership Style on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk. Makassar Sam Ratulangi Area in Makassar City. This research was conducted at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk Makassar Sam Ratulangi Area in Makassar City. A sample of 170 employees. Information is obtained from permanent employees who have worked for more than three years by using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using a quantitative approach and processed using the SPSS version 22 application. The results showed that work culture and leadership style had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk. Makassar Sam Ratulangi Area in Makassar City. This shows that it is expected that the company pays more attention to work culture and leadership style and focuses on the process of increasing employee job satisfaction with the company.
