ANALISIS STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN EKOWISATA HUTAN MANGROVE LANTEBUNG KELURAHAN BIRA KECAMATAN TAMALANREA KOTA MAKASSAR

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi ekowisata, peran pemerintah dan masyarakat dalam pengembangan dan pengelolaan ekowisata, serta strategi pengembangan Ekowisata Hutan Mangrove Lantebung. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus - September 2022. Lokasi penelitian di Hutan Mangrove Lantebung, Desa Lantebung Kelurahan Bira, Kecamatan Tamalanrea, Kota Makassar. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dalam menentukan sampel pengunjung ekowisata. Penelitian ini menggunakan rumus unknown populations dimana jumlah populasi tidak diketahui secara pasti dan didapatkan sampel pengunjung sebanyak 100 responden. Sementara reponden untuk pemeritah yaitu salah satu staf yang ada di Dinas Perikanan dan Pertanian Kota Makassar dan salah satu staf dari Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Makassar. Sementara responden dari pengelola yaitu ketua pengelola dan salah satu staf pengelola Ekowisata Hutan Mangrove Lantebung. Sumber
data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder kemudian dianalisis menggunakan skala likert untuk menganalisis Potensi Ekowisata Hutan Mangrove Lantebung. Sementara untuk peran pemerintah dan masyarakat digunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Dan untuk menganalisis Strategi Pengembangan Ekowisata Hutan Mangrove Lantebung digunakan analisis SWOT. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa
ada potensi Ekowisata Hutan Mangrove Lantebung salah satunya yaitu keindahan alam yang memukau. Adapun dari peran pemerintah dibagi menjadi sebagai motivator, fasilitator, dinamisator, dan regulator. Lantebung ditetapkan sebagai potensi wisata di Kota Makassar, belum masuk kategori ekowisata karena belum adanya regulasi melalui hal tersebut. Baik itu Peraturan Walikota (Perwali) maupun Peraturan Daerah (Perda). Hingga saat ini masih menungu hadirnya aturan tersebut agar posisi Hutan Mangrove Lantebung bisa semakin dikuatkan statusnya sebagai ekowisata. Adapun hasil analisis SWOT untuk pengembangan Ekowisata Hutan Mangrove Lantebung salah satunya yaitu meningkatkan promosi dengan memanfaatkan media sosial.

This study aims to determine the potential of ecotourism, the role of government and society in the development and management of ecotourism, and strategies for developing Lantebung Mangrove Forest Ecotourism. This research was conducted in August - September 2022. The research location is in the Lantebung Mangrove Forest, Lantebung Village, Bira Village, Tamalanrea District, Makassar City. In this study, using purposive sampling in determining the sample of ecotourism visitors. This study uses the formula of unknown populations where the total population is not known with certainty and a sample of visitors is 100 respondents. Meanwhile, the respondent for the government is one of the staff from the Makassar City Fisheries and Agriculture Service and one of the staff from the Makassar City Environmental Service. Meanwhile, the respondents from the manager are the chief manager and one of the staff managing the Lantebung Mangrove Forest Ecotourism. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data and then analyzed using a Likert scale to analyze the Ecotourism Potential of the Lantebung Mangrove Forest. Meanwhile, for the role of government and society, qualitative descriptive analysis is used. And to analyze the Lantebung Mangrove Forest Ecotourism Development Strategy, a SWOT analysis was used. From the results of the study, it is known that there is potential for Ecotourism in the Lantebung Mangrove Forest, one of which is the stunning natural beauty. The government's role is divided into as a motivator, facilitator, dynamist, and regulator. Lantebung is designated as a tourism potential in Makassar City, not yet included in the ecotourism category because there is no regulation through it. Both the Mayor Regulations (Perwali) and Regional Regulations (Perda). Until now, it is still waiting for the regulation to be issued so that the position of the Lantebung Mangrove Forest can be further strengthened its status as ecotourism. The results of the SWOT analysis for the development of Lantebung Mangrove Forest Ecotourism, one of which is increasing promotion by utilizing social media.
