Influence of Leadership and Quality of Work Life on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction on PT. Bank Sulselbar

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership and quality of work life on job satisfaction and employee performance, analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, and to analyze the influence of leadership and quality of work life on employee performance through job satisfaction at Bank Sulselbar. To apply these objectives, data collection techniques were used through observation, distributing questionnaires and documentation, while the data analysis techniques used SEM Amos. The results showed that leadership and quality of work life had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Leadership and quality of work life have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and from the results of the mediation test it was found that job satisfaction can mediate the influence of leadership and quality of work life on employee performance at PT. Bank Sulselbar.
