The Masagena Farmers Cooperative is an organization engaged in agriculture. This cooperative involves the local community, namely farmers, to become members. Success for farmer groups is certainly seen from the performance of their members. If the performance carried out by members is good, it will give a good image to the cooperative. This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of leadership style on the commitment of members of the Masagena Farmers Cooperative, Pongo Village, Masamba District. (2) The effect of motivation on the commitment of members to the Masagena Farmers Cooperative, Pongo Village, Masamba Subdistrict. (3) The influence of leadership style on the performance of members of the Masagena Farmers Cooperative, Pongo Village, Masamba Subdistrict. (4) The effect of motivation on the performance of members of the Masagena Farmer's Cooperative, Pongo Village, Masamba District. (5) The effect of member commitment on member performance at the Masagena Farmers Cooperative, Pongo Village, Masamba Subdistrict. (6) The influence of leadership style on member performance through commitment as an intervening variable. (7) The effect of motivation on member performance through commitment as an intervening variable. This research is quantitative descriptive. The population of this study were all members of the Masagena Farmer's Cooperative, Pongo Village, Masamba Subdistrict as many as 199 people with sampling using a simple random method and the slovin formula. Data collection techniques used by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Leadership style has a positive but not significant effect on member commitment. (2) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on member commitment. (3) Leadership style has a positive but not significant effect on member performance. (4) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of members. (5) Commitment has a positive but not significant effect on member performance. (6) Leadership style through commitment as an intervening variable has a positive but not significant effect on member performance. (7) Motivation through commitment as an intervening variable has a positive but not significant effect on member performance.
