Abstract (Abstrak)

ABSTRACT
This research aims to determine the influence of employer branding on employee engagement and employee performance at PT. Pegadaian Kantor Wilayah VI Makassar. The research method used in this study is descriptive quantitative research and questionnaire used as data collection tool, the sampling method used a population research method where the sample is all the permanent employees at PT. Pegadaian Kantor Wilayah VI Makassar that consists of 55 people. To test the proposed hypothesis, a t-test (partial) was used using the multiple linear regression analysis method with the help of SPSS software. The results showed that employer branding (X) had a positive and significant influence on employee engagement (Y1) and employee performance (Y2), and employee engagement (Y1) had no significant effect on employee performance (Y2).
