Abstract (Abstrak)

Research on consumer perceptions of crispy chicken products and service quality at Lazuna Chicken Perintis Kemerdekaan VII was conducted in November – December 2021. This location was chosen because it is close to the boarding house center and several campuses in Makassar. This research is a descriptive quantitative research with a survey approach. Data was collected by observation, interviews and literature studies. The population of this research is consumers who buy crispy chicken products at Lazuna Chicken Perintis Kemerdekaan VII with purposive sampling as many as 100 people who have purchased the product at least three times. Data analysis was carried out in a quantitative descriptive technique using a Likert scale. Based on the results of the study, it was found that consumers had agreed perceptions of the taste, price and serving attributes of the crispy chicken product as well as the service quality at Lazuna Chicken Perintis Kemerdekaan VII.
