Abstract (Abstrak)
In general, this study aims to describe the Quality of Inpatient Services at Tadjuddin Chalid Hospital in Makassar City. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The data collection used is observation and interviews with informants who are considered to know or are competent with problems in research.
Description of the Quality of Inpatient Services at Dr. Tadjuddin Chalid Hospital Makassar uses five indicators of service quality according to Parasuraman, Berry and Zeithaml (1990). The five indicators are facilities that can be seen and used by hospitals in an effort to meet customer satisfaction, the ability to provide services to customers as expected, responsiveness and willingness to listen to customers, the ability of employees to generate customer trust and confidence, ability or willingness employees pay attention that is personal. From the results of research conducted showed that the quality of inpatient services at Dr. Hospital. Tadjuddin Chalid Makassar is good.
