Abstract (Abstrak)

Pentingnya dukungan organisasi dalam hubungan antara organisasi dan karyawan merupakan cara sikap kerja dan perilaku karyawan dipengaruhi oleh hubungan antara karyawan dan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Perceived Organizational Support Dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior Perawat RSUP Dr. Tadjuddin Chalid Makassar.

Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan studi observasional dengan desain cross sectional study. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling sehingga sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 106 responden.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perceived organizational support berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi perawat (0,019), perceived organizational support berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior perawat (0,003), komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior perawat (0,000), variabel perceived organizational support (0,199) dan komitmen organisasi (0,677) berpengaruh langsung terhadap organizational citizenship behavior perawat, variabel perceived organizational support berpengaruh langsung terhadap komitmen organisasi (0,223), dan terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung variabel perceived organizational support terhadap organizational citizenship behavior melalui komitmen organisasi perawat di RSUP Dr. Tadjuddin Chalid Makassar (0,151). Oleh karena itu, pihak manajemen diharapkan dapat membangun dukungan dan khususnya komitmen untuk meningkatkan perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi perawat.
