Abstract (Abstrak)
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengtahui pengaruh compensation dan job environment terhadap job satisfaction, pengaruh compensation dan job environment terhadap employee loyalty, pengaruh job satisfaction terhadap employee loyalty, pengaruh compensation dan job environment terhadap employee loyalty, melalui job satisfaction sebagai variabel intervening.
