Abstract (Abstrak)
Wildlife rehabilitation is the process of treating and restoring sick, injured, or disoriented animals with the primary goal of returning them to their natural habitat. Ebo suffered a bite wound (Vulnus morsum) which then became a laceration (Vulnus laceratum) as a result of a fight with another monkey. Although it started as a bite wound, Ebo's reflexive pulling of his hand caused a long tear of about 2-3 cm between digits 3 and 4. The treatment for Ebo's MEP was to support the healing of the wound after surgery to suture the vulnus laceratum. The treatment given to Ebo consisted of cleaning the wound, administering antibiotics, anti-inflammatories, and ointment. The last treatment was carried out on the 14th, as the wound was in good condition, as evidenced by the tissue healing and no more bleeding spots.
